    For decades, Avure has supplied Flexform technology to major automotive manufacturers worldwide, including Ford, Daimler-Benz, Volvo, BMW, Rover, GAZ and Saab.

    Flexform is used by manufacturing companies for general low-volume sheet metal forming to achieve low cost, high quality parts with short lead times.

Deep Draw Hydroforming Presses

Also named Fluidforming presses, and Hydroforming presses, the Avure Deep-drawing press family is the most versatile in terms of forming capabilities.

Not only can the deep-draw  presses form the same kind of parts as the fluid cell presses, but also very complex, high profile parts which require a deep draw function.

The deep-draw presses feature a circular vertical pressure vessel which contains the flexible rubber diaphragm. Parts are drawn over a movable punch and blank holder. The electro-hydraulic system carefully controls the forming pressure as a function of the punch stroke.

Deep-draw presses are manufactured with usable tool area diameters up to 1.1 m / 43.3 inches and operate at pressures up to 1,200 bar / 17,400 psi.
